Distant Worlds: Music from ‘Final Fantasy’

For the first time in Canada music from Square Enix’s video game Final Fantasy come alive in the show “Distant Worlds” performed at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts. State-of-the-art videos and art stills come together with the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony to bring Japanese video game composer Nobuo Uematsu’s original work to life.  The concert will feature a special live guest performance by Uematsu as well as scores/photos from the just released Final Fantasy XIII and even a preview of music from Final Fantasy XIV.
