Icewine is a sweet dessert wine made from frozen grapes on the vine; Canada is the world's largest icewine producer. The 1-day Niagara Icewine Festival take place each year to celebrate icewine. At wineries across the Niagara region open their doors for wine-tastings of their finest icewines and more. The event kicks off with a gala filled with chef-prepared scrumptious bites, artisanal cheeses and over 100 ice wines and tables wines. Nothing goes better with wine tastings than smooth Jazz! The festival includes performances by musicians to accompany your sipping adventure.
